Shipping Process

Thank you for shopping with LOE! We ship anywhere in the Continental U.S. Currently, we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska. We do not deliver to PO boxes or to American Overseas Territories.

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Texas, so depending on where you are located, it can take between 2 to 7 business days to arrive. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking link.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Delivered but Not Delivered

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

 

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site at  www.loe-cosmetics-us.com within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in like-new condition, unless defective when sold. "Like-new" means unopened, undamaged, unused, and salable. Additionally, returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s).

For returned products that comply with this Return Policy, we will refund the actual purchase price for the product(s) plus any tax paid, after deducting any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already issued and the prepaid return label fee (as applicable). The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.  Any LOE loyalty points earned and associated with the returned product(s) will be deducted from your Treasured Rewards account.

Once the returned products arrive at our distribution center, we will inspect the products and process the refund within 15 business days.  Refunds are credited to the original form of payment used when the order was placed on www.loe-cosmetics-us.com.

How to Return an Order:

Please take the time to carefully package your returns along with the original packaging and receipt/invoice.  You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned products, and to ensure that the returned products are in good condition.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective product) so please reach out to Customer Service.

Note: We will dispose of any incorrect/mistaken returns or returned products that do not comply with this Return Policy. No compensation will be provided for any disposed products.

Please note: LOE is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

When You Can Expect a Refund:

Processing time for returns is usually 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.

We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded.
